Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the www.sim4theworld.com website. The use of the site confirms your acceptance of thee terms and conditions as stated herewith. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

General: To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. All the products we sell are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Errors and omissions on the information provided within the website are acceptable.

Network: The mobile network coverage is the responsibility of the local country specific mobile network. Sim4theworld cannot accept any responsibility or liability for poor or limited coverage. The local network reserves the right to change, add and delete any of the services provided through the SIM card.

Faults: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and there is no Guaranty that the Services are or will be free of faults. In the event of a fault, Sim4theworld, upon becoming aware of the fault or upon receipt of notice of the existence of such a fault by the Customer, shall use its reasonable efforts to promptly correct the fault in accordance with standard engineering practices recognized in the industry. Sim4theworld shall not be liable to the Customers and/or its customers for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever arising (including economic losses or any loss of profit) arising out of or in connection with the performance of its obligations under this Agreement. Sim4theworld will not accept responsibility for the incorrect use of a sim card by the customer. This includes activating the sim card whilst in the UK and the incorrect insertion of PIN and PUK codes that result in the sim card becoming blocked. Sufficient and comprehensive instructions are provided to avoid such an outcome and customer support is available.

Damaged Sim Cards: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 48 hours from delivery.

Incorrect Sim Cards: It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 48 hours of delivery.

Undelivered Sim Cards: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 7 days from the expected delivery date.

Shipped Sim Cards: Upon receipt, you will be responsible for the sim cards(s). We will only ship sim card(s) to an address to which the credit card is registered. From the time of receipt any loss or damage to the sim card(s) shall not be deemed as responsibility of Sim4theworld. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted to us within 48 hours of receipt. If goods returned under this clause are found to be perfect and in full working order, these will be returned to you and an administration fee of 15% of the price of the goods along with the cost of carriage will be charged to your credit card account.

Handset: Sim4theworld do not provide Handsets with this service. Consequently Sim4theworld will not be responsible for you handset. Please ensure that you current handset is unlocked and can take SIMs from all Networks

Suspension: Sim4theworld may or may not not terminate this agreement immediately and/or suspend all or part of the Services it provides until further notice if:(i) by instruction or request of Government, or emergency services organization, or other competent administrative authority; or
It needs to carry out work related to exceptional upgrading or maintenance of its facilities where those facilities must cease operation at or about the time; or
The Customer fails to comply with payment obligations, including any late fees.
In order to prevent damage or degradation of Sim4theworld's contracting party's network integrity which may be caused by the Customer or anyone using Customer's access; or
For a violation of Sim4theworld's acceptable use policy or for other behaviour that in Sim4theworld's reasonable discretion may be deemed to be illegal; or
In order to protect Sim4theworld, at its sole discretion, from legal liability which relates to a breach of obligation and/or warranties by Customer.
If the customer notifies Sim4theworld of the loss of the SIM (no refunds will be made)

Payments and Prices: Sim4theworld does not offer refund or crediting services at this moment.

Payment Methods: We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Switch via Paypal. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number –(the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
The Customer agrees to pay all applicable charges for the Service in accordance with the applicable Price List. The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed.
The Prices shall be quoted in Sterling and shall be inclusive of value-added tax and any other similar sales taxes, duties or levies imposed by any authority, government or governmental agency.

Payment shall be considered as effected when Sim4theworld receives the applicable funds for the full amount due in its bank account.

Delivery Times and Charges: Delivery of stock items within the UK is free and will normally be delivered within 1-3 working days from clearance of payment. Any deliveries to international destination will be chargeable as quoted are quoted on the website

Parties’ Obligations

Sim4theworld: Sim4theworld shall provide the Customer with national and international telecommunications services. The services use enhanced and technology and are based on international standards and recommendations.
Sim4theworld will make reasonable efforts to meet the service objectives as specified in the Service Description.
Sim4theworld shall use reasonable efforts to operate and maintain the Service, contingent upon Sim4theworld's and/or Sim4theworld's service provider's ability to maintain necessary licenses or permissions, or Sim4theworld's and or Sim4theworld service provider's network capacity and connection availability.
Sim4theworld has no obligation to monitor the Service; however, Sim4theworld may monitor the Service and disclose information gained from such monitoring in order to satisfy any law, regulation or other governmental request, to operate the service and administer Sim4theworld's service, or to protect itself or its other customers.

The Customer: The Customer shall ensure to use the services and products lawfully and in compliance with these general terms and conditions and other contractual documents duly integrated to the contract. The Customer is furthermore responsible to pay for the use of the service.
The Customer shall be responsible for its own end material (such as, but not limited to: handsets), its proper configuration and installation, in compliance with any regulations and applicable instructions issued either by Sim4theworld or by the producer of such end material. The preparation activities for installation of the Service, including but not limited to preparing and inserting interface cards, setting adequate protocols, as well as all relevant activities in support of the implementation of the Service shall remain under the sole responsibility of the Customer. Sim4theworld does not provide any investments protection or guarantee. Additionally, the Customer is required to fully co-operate and to duly comply with Sim4theworld established Protocols and related appropriate Processes necessary for the installation and the provision of the Service; these Protocols and Processes shall be prescribed and published on Sim4theworld's Web Site situated at www.Sim4theworld.com ("the Website") and shall encompass without limitation, the use of duly pre-tested material.

The Customer is solely responsible for the access to the Services, which he has been granted and any such use of his access by a third party. His liability covers without limitation his obligations to pay for any other product and services he and/or third party may have obtained or ordered using the Services.
The Customer must comply with all reasonable security procedures and standards with respect to the Service. Sim4theworld may communicate security issues to the Customer from time to time when abuse or misuse is observed or reported by others along with any and all general information related to the provision by Sim4theworld of the Service by any means, including via the Website.

Data Protection: Sim4theworld shall comply with the applicable law as to the protection of data. In particular, Sim4theworld shall keep, save and operate only the data necessary to the proper performance of this Agreement, i.e. the proper service to Customer, the development of the quality of its services, the security of its service and of the infrastructure. Customers hereby expressly grant such rights to Sim4theworld and agree to the above.

Miscellaneous: The Customer is solely responsible for the content of information and communications transmitted using the Services.
The Customer shall not use the Service or permit any use of the Service which is illegal, unlawful, or harassing, which infringes upon the intellectual property rights of third parties, or which otherwise constitutes network abuse, and the Customer shall be responsible for any such misuse of the Service. The Customer shall indemnify Sim4theworld against all any liabilities , claims, actions, liabilities, loss, damage, costs and expenses suffered or incurred by Sim4theworld as a result of any breach of the Customer's obligations or warranties in this Agreement.
Failure by either party to enforce any of its rights under this Agreement shall not be taken as or deemed to be a waiver of that right nor shall it deprive that party of the right to insist on adherence to that term at some other time.
Sim4theworld remains free to assign rights and duties contained in this Agreement to a third party.
The Agreement supersedes any and all other agreements, oral or written, between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. Both Parties acknowledge that they have not entered into the Agreement in reliance on any representation made but not embodied in the Agreement.
The Parties agree that any terms or conditions in this Agreement which might be ruled by any competent authority as illegal, void, unenforceable or invalid shall be replaced by terms and conditions expressing the stipulations as close as possible to the original terms and conditions by only removing the existing obstacle.
