On 01/10/2007, due to circumstances beyond our control, services on the Sim4theworld were suspended.
This affected other Roaming SIM Card suppliers worldwide too.
Various attempts to get the service restarted have been made at the highest level. However, after weeks of rumour and non activity, the management of Sim4theworld have decided to offer an alternative sim card free of charge to all existing customers. All existing credit balance from the account will be moved to the new SIM card.
Customers who have already contacted us about a replacement card will receive them during November. If you wish to receive the replacement card, please contact us by email at: info@sim4theworld.com and supply the following details:
Name
Username on account
Sim4theworld number
Sim Number
Account Address.
Please note that simcards can only be sent to addresses that were supplied when registering.
Prices and services will be subject to change; hence we advise all customers to view the rates when updated regularly.
Again, we apologise for these issues that were, quite frankly, out of our hands. Thank you for continuing to use our service and we assure you of the continuity of our exceptional levels of customer service.
As of 01/10/2007, we have been made aware that our network service provider has technical problems. As a result, you will no longer have service available on your SIM. As of now, we don't know the outcome of current problem.
We are not sure what will happen next, but we hope that a way will be found to restore services at the earliest. We are looking to get alternate solutions as well.
Everyone involved is doing his best get the service back up at the earliest.
If there is a change in this situation and we have more positive news the information will be updated on the site.
We hope you will accept our most sincere apologetics for the inconvenience this will cause. Unfortunately we have no control over any of these events.
Thank you for your understanding at this difficult time.
